How to apply:

The following steps should be followed:

STEP I PRE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.       Fill the online application form (page) http://ptsentina.blogspot.co.id/p/application-form.html 
2.       Submit printed Copy of ;

• Copy of Latest Education Certificate
• Copy of Work Experience certificate
•  Police Clearance
•  Copy Passport (if Available)
•  Copy Seamen Book (If Available)
•  Copy BST (If Available)
• Copy SSAT (If Available)
•  Color Photograph 2x3
•  FULL BODY Photograph Post Card Size
•  Declaration form (attached)-Please read carefully click =>  Crew Declaration Form

3.       Soft / Scanned Copy of all the above documents saved in Zip or Rar File

4.       Pre-screening interview (Face to face or Via SKYPE or Phone interview)
5.       Physical Assessment Test in our office in Jakarta / Bali
6.       English Assessment Test written at Jakarta / Bali Office
7.       Math Assessment Test at Jakarta / Bali Office (Club)

STEP II RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.       Attend pre interview Briefing 1 day before the Final Interview at Jakarta/Bali Office
2.       Final Interview with User
3.       Psychological assessment at Jakarta / Bali Office (one day after Final Interview)

STEP III PROCESSING 

The following are required to follow for the successful candidates;

1.  Document Collection; Passport, Seamen Book, BST, SSAT,  No Longer than 1 Month after the announcement of approval
2.  Medical Check Up
3.  Document Processing (SID, SEA, KPI Membership, Sign on SB & Endorsement Passport)
4. Visa Processing – if required
5. Pre Departure / Pre-Employment Training

A. Mandatory Document*:

1. International Seamen Passport 
2. Basic Safety Training (BST) Certificate 
3. Seamen Book
4. Ship Security Awareness Training (SSAT) Certificate 

* Expedite Services available at the agent

B. Medical Fee :

Medical Check Up        Jakarta: Rp. 1.000.000 (Reimbursable) - 

                                  BALI   : Rp.  1.500.000 (Reimbursable)  

Medical fee may vary between Food Handler and Non Food Handler

Approximate Processing Cost for Seacom Document, Union and Other Document : IDR. 2,000,000

  

STEP IV PRE DEPARTURE BRIEFING

At least 5 Days before  the departure of the crew, Crew must attend the Pre-Employment Briefing or Orientation at Jakarta / Bali Office

STEP V CREW DEPARTURE

Crew will depart from the nearest International gateway (Jakarta / Bali)

STEP VI CREW ARRIVAL

A pick up from the ship will be provided
