Slot Attendant

u  Good public relations and able to interact with all level of people.

Cage Department

Cage Cashier
u  Age between 18 to 26 years with a pleasant personality and disposition.
u  Minimum height requirement: 160cm for female and 170cm for male.
u  Passed Cambridge 'O' Level or Senior High School.
u  Good mental calculation, no physical handicap or colour blindness or sweaty palms.
u  Proficient in English.
u  Previous working experience as Cashier is an added advantage.


Surveillance Department

Club Security Guard
u  Male age between 21 to 38 years with a pleasant personality and disposition.
u  Prior Service with Military, Police or Security related industries.
u  Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
u  Able to work shifts and long hours.
u  Pleasant looking with clear complexion.


HOTEL DIVISION

Front Office & Embarkation Department

Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager / Guest Services Manager / Assistant Services Manager / Embarkation Manager and Assistant Embarkation Manager
u  Age between 26 to 36 years with a pleasant personality and disposition.
u  Minimum 1 year's experience in similar capacity with hotel rated 4 to 5 Star.
u  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
u  Able to oversee the entire operations of the Front Office Department.
u  Good command of English. Knowledge of Chinese dialects (Cantonese & Mandarin) is an added advantage.
u  Pleasant personality and able to maintain good guest relation.

u  Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar capacity with proven track record.
u  Able to supervise the entire F&B Service, Galley, Stewarding and Provisioning operation (applicable for position of F&B Director).
u  Ability to oversee and manage the entire operations of the F&B outlets.
u  Mature and friendly disposition, able to interact with all level of staff and passengers.
u  Ability to interpret financial reports, revenue driven and cost cautious.
u  Good command of English and computer literate.
u  Effective management and organisation skill with a strong desires to achieve excellence.
u  Strong leadership qualities, objective driven, self-motivated, able to motivate and train others.
u  Proactive and very resourceful to ensure product excellence and guest satisfaction.

Assistant Outlet Manager and Outlet Supervisor

u  Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar capacity with Hotels or F&B outlets.
u  Pleasant disposition and able to maintain good customer and staff relation.
u  Ability to train, motivate and lead subordinates towards achieving the departmental objectives.
u  Positive attitude and able to manage a team of bartenders and beverage servers.
u  Good team player and able to motivate subordinates to achieve departmental goals
u  Knowledge in FIDELIO F&B, Windows 98 and Bar Perpetual Inventory.
u  Objective driven and able to initiate beverage promotion.

u  Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
u  Knowledge of hair / skin as well as beauty care treatment & products.
u  Able to do manicures, pedicures, sculpture, facial & body massage & waxing.
u  English literate. Knowledge of Chinese dialects (Cantonese & Mandarin) is an advantage.
u  Willingness to work long hours / shifts.

Fitness Instructor and Gym Attendant
u  Age between 18 to 32 years with a pleasant personality and disposition.
u  Qualified fitness trainer by profession with a recognised Fitness Training certificate.
u  Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same capacity with an established Fitness centre.          
u  Familiar with the operation of gym & other associated fitness equipment and its upkeep.
u  Knowledge of aerobic training and various fitness training programmes.
u  Able to tailor made fitness programme for different fitness / age groups.
u  Proficient in English. Knowledge of other language / dialects is an advantage.

Masseuse and Foot Reflexologist
u  Below 32 year of age with a pleasant disposition.
u  Possess minimum 2 years’ working experience in the related field or a qualified Masseuse / Reflexologist by profession.
u 
u  Capable of basic conversational and written English. Knowledge of Chinese dialects is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.

u  Tertiary / professional qualification preferably in Human Resources or Social Science.
u  Minimum 1 year's working experience in a HR environment in similar capacity.

u  Knowledge of Immigration / Custom’s rules and regulation will be an added advantage.

u  Ability to promote all cruise services and facilities for the entertainment of the guests.
u  Proficient in English. Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
u  Pleasant personality with a confident disposition and good guest relation skill.
u  Tactful with good communication skill and ability to interact with guests confidently.

Disc Jockey / Karaoke Jockey / Light & Sound Technician and Video Arcade Technician
u  Sound working knowledge in the related field with a good track record.
u  Cheerful and dynamic personality with good entertainment knowledge.
u  Familiar with the operation of equipment and facilities for the amusement of guests.
u  Able to operate a variety of machines in the outlets such as Karaoke, Video Arcade, entertainment lounge and etc.
u  Good working knowledge in the operation & maintenance of equipment such as lighting, microphones, mixers, effects and sound systems.
u  Proficient in English. Conversant with Mandarin / Cantonese is an advantage.
